Requirements

• At least a Craft Certificate from a recognized and accredited institution
• Demonstrated pedagogical (teaching/training) experience
• Possession of a Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) Trainer Licence will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic training environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver competency-based training to students
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Mentor and support trainees in both theory and practical work
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional activities
