Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time on-site role (commission payment only) for an Insurance Agent located in Machakos. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and advising clients on suitable insurance coverage. The role involves assessing client needs, processing policy renewals, managing claims, and maintaining client records. The Insurance Agent will also collaborate with other professionals to drive sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications or requirements

Skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage

Finance knowledge and experience

Customer Service skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience needed

Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Education Level

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
