1. Job Purpose
The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the company’s inventory including raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory records, optimal stock levels, and efficient warehouse operations to support uninterrupted manufacturing and distribution.

2. Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management/ procurement.
- 3+ years’ experience in inventory management preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership and team management ability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Authority & Responsibility
The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse operations, and ensuring proper coordination between procurement, production, and finance departments to maintain efficient stock management.
