Role Objective:

To support data collection, scale employee engagement initiatives, and provide administrative project support.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement Scaling:

Assist in implementing strategies to raise employee engagement and satisfaction from the current 54.8% to the target of 70% for 2025/26.

Mentorship Programs:

Assist in building the foundational framework for the Group's new mentorship and coaching programs.

Data Administration:

Manage the collection of CVs, statutory documents, and reference letters required for the consultancy’s compliance.

Logistics Coordination:

Support the Lead Consultant in ensuring the assignment is completed within the strict three-month delivery period.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Professional Standing:

Registered member of IHRM Kenya.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience, ideally within a consultancy firm or an HR department in the FMCG or Private Sector.

Skills:

High proficiency in analytical reporting and experience working with diverse staff categories.
