Pyramidia’s model depends on high-velocity venture building: rapidly moving ideas from concept to pilot to scalable business. The Venture Builder exists to own end-to-end venture development across multiple opportunities –from ideation and validation to early operations and scale readiness.

Job descriptions & requirements

What you will do

  1. Venture Creation & Validation
    • Source, structure, and evaluate new venture opportunities (market, unit economics, risks)
    • Design and run rapid validation sprints (field pilots, customer testing)
    • Translate hypotheses into measurable experiments and clear go / no-go decisions
  2. Venture Building & Execution
    • Launch and operate early-stage pilots on the ground (often in resource-constrained environments)
    • Support day-to-day execution across operations, partnerships, and early sales
    • Rapidly iterate based on data, field feedback, and performance
  3. Scaling & Founder Support
    • Prepare ventures for scale: refine unit economics, operating model, and growth plan
    • Support recruitment and onboarding of venture talent
    • Provide targeted support to founders across strategy, fundraising, and operations
  4. Portfolio & Resource Management
    • Support multiple ventures in parallel, prioritizing highest-impact opportunities
    • Track performance, synthesize learnings, and report on progress and key decisions
    • Ensure disciplined use of capital and focus on capital-efficient growth
  5. Systems & Playbook Development
    • Capture insights from pilots and translate into repeatable venture-building processes
    • Contribute to the Pyramidia Venture Building Playbook (tools, templates, SOPs)
    • Improve speed, quality, and consistency of venture creation across the studio

Who you are

  • 1-4 years of experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., startup, venture building,consulting, operations, or similar)
  • Deeply passionate about Pyramidia’s mission and values
  • Highly entrepreneurial: curious, autonomous, high energy, sleeves rolled up, love to build hands-on from the ground up
  • Analytical and hands-on problem solver: you can think creatively about strategic and operational challenges and don’t take no for an answer
  • Resilient in the face of setbacks and failures: you enjoy the daily grind of building early-stage startups
  • A collaborative learner and comfortable with being challenged
  • Experience in the agrifood and / or start-up sector is a plus
