Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage key accounts, including furniture stores, cabinet suppliers, real estate developers, and construction contractors.
Promote and sell our stone slab products: kitchen countertops, furniture countertops, and project countertops.
Handle full sales cycle: client communication, site visits, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
Visit clients, showrooms, and construction sites regularly to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Collect market information, competitor activities, and client feedback to support business improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in building materials, furniture, kitchen cabinets, stone, or the construction industry.
Familiar with Nairobi’s furniture, cabinet, and real estate/construction market; existing client connections are a strong advantage.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swahili is a plus.
Must have a valid driving license and own a car (essential for client and site visits).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Target-driven, responsible, able to work under pressure and independently.
Honest, reliable, and long-term oriented.
