  • Skills over Content: Design interdisciplinary projects that assess research, analysis, collaboration, and evaluation skills, rather than rote memorization.
  • Current Affairs Curation: Continuously source and ethically adapt age-appropriate global news, case studies, and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for classroom debate.

  • Argumentation Coaching: Explicitly teach debate structures (e.g., PEEL paragraphs) and how to recognize bias in media from different cultural perspectives.
  • Curriculum delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards.
  • Learner assessment: Design and administer assessments that evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
  • Classroom management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment that fosters discipline and collaboration.
  • Holistic development: Integrate co-curricular activities and values to support learners' social, emotional, and moral growth.
  • Parental engagement: Communicate regularly with parents on learner progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.
  • Applicants must be TSC registered.
  • Have at least 5 years teaching experience - national or international curriculum.
  • Experience in teaching the Cambridge curriculum is an added advantage.
  • Qualified to teach at least two of the subjects advertised.
