  • Curriculum Sequencing: Manage the highly structured, spiral curriculum—ensuring number, algebra, geometry, and statistics are interleaved across terms to prevent forgetting.
  • Mastery & Intervention: Design differentiated "scaffolding" and "stretch" tasks for every single lesson; run targeted intervention bootcamps for students below grade 4 at KS4.

  • Exam Board Protocol: Be the sole expert on the specific calculator/non-calculator paper rules, formula sheets, and permitted equipment for the school's chosen examining body.
  • Real-World Application: Lead STEM-focused projects (budgeting, construction, data handling) that demonstrate maths in careers and everyday life.
  • Curriculum delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards.
