Kilishop Development Officer-Mombasa at Kilimall

Job responsibilities:
Identify and recruit potential KiliShop partners.
Conduct field visits and assess business suitability.
Present the KiliShop partnership model and onboard partners.
Train new KiliShops on operational procedures.
Monitor partner performance and compliance.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Prepare weekly and monthly development reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
Experience in sales, business development, retail partnerships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
