• Be a Kenyan citizen
• KCSE certificate Grade C- & above.
• A diploma or certificate in laboratory technology, science laboratory technology or related field from a recognized institution
• Knowledgeable in science subjects.
• Practical laboratory skills
• Safety & health knowledge
• Good communication skills
