Laboratory Assistant at Jaffery Academy

Jaffery Academy, a leading International School in Mombasa, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic academic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare laboratory equipment and materials for science practicals.
  • Assist teachers during laboratory sessions.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal of chemicals and materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Laboratory Technology, Applied Sciences, or related field.
  • Previous experience working in an academic laboratory setting is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory safety procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
