POSITION OVERVIEW

The role of a lead interior designer is to oversee the creative, technical and project management aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion. Leading the design team, ensuring the client's vision is realized and that the work meets functional, aesthetic and budgetary requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in interior design
  • Proven track record of managing full design life cycles
  • Proficiency in design software & project management tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Trello, Asana etc
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
