Job Purpose
To provide legal and administrative support while assisting clients professionally with documentation, queries, follow-ups, and other customer service matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal and client documentation.
- Assist with property sale agreements, contracts, letters, and other legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client and legal files.
- Handle client enquiries and provide timely follow-up on documentation and legal matters.
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, government offices, and other stakeholders.
- Track pending documentation, approvals, transfers, and related legal processes.
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries as required.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining legal records.
- Escalate complex legal matters to the Legal Officer or management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Law.
- 1–2 years experience as a Paralegal, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of legal documentation and administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
