Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Senior Legal Officer: -
- Maintain effective records and filing system;
- Receiving and dispatching legal correspondence to entities and stakeholders;
- File and serve court documents;
- Maintaining and updating files systematically and accurately for quick access and retrieval;
- Maintaining and updating master diary for court cases; and
- Perform any other function as may be necessary for the effective discharge of the duties and the exercise of the powers of the County Attorney
Requirements for Appointment
- Have a Diploma in Law, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Be a certified court process server;
- Have a current process server License;
- Have not less than 3 years’ experience as a court process server; and
