The legal and Compliance Assistant will join the Legal Team and will be responsible for Providing legal advisory services and aiding the company mitigate legal and contractual risks as well as facilitate compliance with all relevant regulatory laws.

• Maintain company records and critical documents
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permit renewals
• Update and review internal policies
• Manage contracts (review, negotiate, renew, file)
• Protect intellectual property and handle trademark issues
• Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings
• Liaise with external lawyers and provide legal documentation
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations
• Advise management on legal and compliance matters

• Experience in reviewing and preparing legal documents, contracts and agreements
• Exceptional problem solving skills with practical solution oriented approach
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis of legal issues
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and other relevant software

• Bachelor's degree in law, Diploma in Law, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited institution
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Experience preferably in a busy manufacturing environment
