Background
Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company Limited (NCWSC) is a utility company wholly owned by the Nairobi City County Government. The company is mandated to provide reliable water and sewerage services within Nairobi City County and its environs. As part of its ongoing growth, operational strengthening, and commitment to service delivery excellence, the company is seeking to recruit competent, experienced, and result-oriented professionals across various technical, operational, and support functions.
These opportunities are structured across different staff levels, ranging from engineering professionals to technical operators and support staff. The roles are offered on either five-year renewable contracts or one-year renewable contracts depending on the position.
Successful candidates will contribute directly to infrastructure development, service delivery improvement, water distribution efficiency, wastewater management, and operational support across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Providing legal advisory services to the organization
- Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts and agreements
- Supporting corporate governance and compliance matters
- Handling legal documentation and records
- Representing the organization in legal proceedings where required
- Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies (Kenya School of Law).
- Admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant post-admission experience.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and advisory services.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
