Responsibilities or duties

Core Focus: Contract law, compliance, and intellectual property.

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, MOUs, and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research on broadcasting regulations and intellectual property laws.
• Help maintain the company’s contracts register and legal filing system.
• Assist in the management of trademark, patent, and copyright registrations.
• Support the legal team in preparing for litigation/dispute resolution.
• Review promotional materials for legal compliance.
• Assist in drafting internal legal opinions and memos.
• Help screen rights agreements for music, content, and talent.
