Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility. Medication & Treatments: Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for any side effects or reactions. Monitoring & Assessment: Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assess patients' health conditions and progress, noting any changes. Wound Care: Clean and bandage wounds, performing other treatments as needed. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and necessary self-care. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and document observations and care provided. Sample Collection: Draw blood, collect urine samples, and obtain other specimens for laboratory tests. Assistance: Assist with medical procedures and help with the use of medical equipment.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate medication administration, documentation, and patient monitoring. Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations, make sound decisions, and adapt care plans as needed. Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating medical equipment and utilizing electronic health record systems. Compassion: A compassionate demeanor is essential for providing supportive and comforting care to patients.
