Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and precise Line Cook to join our kitchen brigade. In this role, you will prepare high-quality menu items, maintain station cleanliness, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt food delivery while adhering strictly to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary culinary prep items and ingredients.
• Cook and prepare menu items efficiently, following established recipes, portion controls, and presentations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and highly organized workstation at all times.
• Adhere strictly to institutional food hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist the culinary team with inventory rotation and proper food storage routines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience working as a line cook, prep cook, or commis chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of food preparation methodologies and kitchen tools.
• Attributes: Excellent stamina, speed, attention to detail, and a strong team-player mindset.
• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including busy weekends and public holidays.
