Key Responsibilities

• Physically load crates, cases, and pallets of beverages onto delivery trucks, shipping containers, and distribution vehicles.
• Verify load manifests and invoices to ensure the correct quantities and product varieties are loaded onto each truck.
• Secure loads using straps, cargo nets, and bracing to prevent shifts and damage during transportation.
• Unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and empty bottle returns from incoming delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate closely with inventory managers to maintain order and structure in the loading dock.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent physical condition and high stamina, with the capacity to lift, push, and pull heavy loads (up to 25 kg) repeatedly.
• Basic arithmetic skills to verify quantities and double-check loading manifests.
• Comfort working outdoors or in open bay areas under varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
