Responsibilities or duties

• Review and verify medication orders, counsel patients, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support telepharmacy consultations and collaborate with virtual care teams.
• Safely handle and dispense medications, monitor adverse reactions, and maintain records.
• Educate patients on medication use, adherence, and safety.
• Use telehealth tools for medication management and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Licensed/registered Pharmaceutical Technologist.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and digital tools.

Experience needed

Minimum 3 years’ experience with strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmacy standards.
