  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations across multiple construction sites and plants.
  • Manage fleet movement, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and transport partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply chain performance.
  • Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Must have Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role (mandatory).
  • Proven experience managing logistics in fast-paced, multi-site construction environments.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
