  • Designing interactive and engaging session formats to maximize participation and learning.
  • Facilitating virtual and/or in-person sessions, ensuring productive discussions and achievement of objectives.
  • Documenting key outcomes, decisions, and action points from the meeting.
  • Providing a post-meeting report with recommendations for future PCN meetings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in facilitating large-scale meetings, workshops, and conferences, preferably in a UN or international development context.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, particularly within the context of international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to design engaging and participatory meeting agendas and activities.
  • Proficiency in virtual facilitation tools and platforms.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field is desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilitation and human resources is required.
