Sierra Premium Breweries Ltd is seeking skilled Machine Operators (Electrical / Mechanical) to support the smooth, safe, and efficient running of packaging and process operations across the plant. The role involves operating, monitoring, and performing basic upkeep of packaging lines and utilities while ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging line machinery in line with SOPs and production schedules
- Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers while maintaining quality and minimizing downtime
- Monitor machine performance including electrical indicators, vibration, pressure levels, and equipment alignment
- Conduct routine equipment checks and escalate complex electrical or mechanical faults to the Technician
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating packaging or process equipment, preferably in a beverage manufacturing environment
- Practical knowledge of canning line operations is an added advantage
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced production environment
