Main Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, & corporate hospitality.
  • Manage procurement, office supplies, vendor relationships, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate front-office operations, client reception, calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize office logistics, meetings, board activities, and corporate events.
  • Supervise administrative support staff and ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years' experience in office administration, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
  • Commitment to delivering service guided by the firm's FARE values (Friendly, Accessible, Reliable & Empathetic).
