Background
At Stratostaff we design, implement and manage workforce solutions for large, specialized or routine staff complements giving you the opportunity to focus on your core business.
Key Responsibilities
Draw up a maintenance schedule for equipment as per the quality and operations manual.
Confirm scheduled maintenance is carried out as planned to achieve full compliance.
Maintain critical spares as per quality and operations requirements to support scheduled maintenance completion.
Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment according to standards.
Verify depot maintenance operations meet safety standards by complying with ISO, JIG/ATI and company HSEQ directives.
Conduct a daily review of the defect logbook to effectively plan repair of defects.
Tag and remove defective equipment from service to ensure defective equipment is not used.
Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time and properly documented
Maintain accountability for spares inventory.
Maintain accountability for the maintenance schedule.
Maintain accountability for equipment availability and serviceability.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive)
At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance/aviation industry
Strong maintenance planning and scheduling capability.
High safety and compliance mindset.
Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
Ability to manage equipment serviceability and critical spares.
Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervisory and team coordination skills.
Accountability for operational reliability and equipment availability.
