JOB DETAILS:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

An automotive spare parts company based in Nairobi is looking to recruit Management Trainees – Inventory Control to support store and stock management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording automotive spare parts.
• Support proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory audits.
• Assist in issuing parts against approved documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering, recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Basic understanding of automotive spare parts.
• Good organizational and numerical skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Program Duration: 3 months (with possibility of employment based on performance)

Stipend: KES 15,000 per month

Location: Nairobi

Note: Only candidates with a Diploma in Automotive Engineering will be considered.
