On behalf of Regional Bargains Ltd, we are hiring a Market Developer to support the company’s distribution operations, enhance product availability, and drive market growth across the region. This role is essential in ensuring strong distributor relationships, improving supply chain efficiency, and expanding the reach of our products in key retail outlets.

Eleven Degrees Consulting Limited provides comprehensive HR solutions for Mini Group subsidiaries, supporting their growth, operational efficiency, and people development.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Market Developer will manage relationships with distributors, track and optimize supply chains, ensure product availability, and provide sales insights to support growth initiatives. The role also involves overseeing the order process, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying market opportunities to expand our market presence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

a) Distributor & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and vendors.
  • Ensure that distributors comply with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve operational challenges faced by distributors and maintain consistent product availability.

b) Sales & Market Development

  • Monitor and track stock levels in retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely orders and deliveries.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support sales team in capturing growth potential.

c) Order Management & Reporting

  • Oversee order verification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track order trends and report performance to the sales manager.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on distributor sales, order fulfillment, and market trends.

d) Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Track and analyze competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market activities.
  • Identify key market trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • O-Level certificate or equivalent.
  • Age: 20–35 years.
  • Basic experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy in order management and delivery performance.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales, orders, and market trends.
  • Growth in product availability and distributor performance.
  • Achievement of sales and market development targets.
