MARKETING COORDINATOR - CREATIVE DESIGN
WORKSTATION: NAIROBI
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator - Creative Design to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands. This role requires a strong blend of creative design expertise, marketing knowledge, and project execution skills to build brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in creative design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated experience developing communication materials including catalogues, brochures, packaging, promotional items, and in-store displays.
- Proven ability to create training manuals and support marketing and trade training initiatives.
- Exposure to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including launch planning and execution.
- Experience coordinating with agencies to uphold packaging standards and brand guidelines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
- Proven creative and conceptual thinking ability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
