Responsibilities or duties
Recruit new members from existing and new organizations while ensuring compliance to Sacco policies and procedures Act as the point of contact for assigned relationships and increase market share as per the assigned SACCO targets;
Recruiting new quality organizations and advise the organizations on eligibility for joining NSSF Sacco;
Ensuring minimum requirements for Share Capital and deposits for every recruited member are met;
Informing members on the different types of FOSA and BOSA products available and their respective terms and conditions;
Increasing Sacco revenue and meeting set targets through sale of products and services;
Finding new leads, setting meetings, following up on presentations made and closing recruitment and sales deals;
Building relationships with existing referral sources and cultivating new referral sources both internally and externally;
Following up for collections and remittances from existing and new organizations
Working closely with the marketing team in organizing events/promotions for new acquisition of customers.
Assisting in promoting brand visibility and image of the SACCO
Performing any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Must have at least a Diploma in sales and
Bachelor’s degree in Business related field is an added advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer care skills
Must have knowledge in use of MS office packages
Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
Experience needed
Minimum one (1) year experience in sales and marketing in a Sacco or a financial institution.
