JOB TITLE: MARKETING EXECUTIVE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to create marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Monitor marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
Brand Management
Build and strengthen the company’s brand image across all marketing channels.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across campaigns and promotions.
Develop creative marketing initiatives to differentiate the brand in a competitive FMCG market.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.
Analyze data to inform marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional planning.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning and market share.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, including market research, packaging design, pricing, and promotional planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product rollouts.
Monitor post-launch performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and sales data.
Campaign Execution & Management
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional media channels.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
Track campaign results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and retailers to maximize marketing impact.
Support sales teams with marketing tools, promotional materials, and training as needed.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FMCG marketing.
Suggest innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and ROI.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with a proven track record in brand building and product marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and brand management.
Proficient in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Creative, innovative, and proactive problem solver.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
