Peaks Hotel, Nanyuki is looking for qualified individuals to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive develops and implements marketing initiatives to increase hotel visibility, drive room occupancy, promote events and food and beverage offerings, and strengthen the hotel's brand presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the hotel's social media platforms and website content.
• Create promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate advertising, public relations, and promotional events.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support sales activities targeting corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Manage customer databases and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Relevant years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Graphic design and photography skills are an added advantage.
• Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
