DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Content & Digital Marketing:
- Write and edit marketing content including blog posts, email newsletters, and product briefs.
- Manage and update mailing lists and CRM tools.
- Review and condense internal publications such as crime briefings for client and public dissemination.
- Brief, liaise with, and manage creative and digital agencies on campaigns, design assets, and timelines.
Campaign & Event Support:
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and internal/external events.
- Collaborate with the events and PR team to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and audience engagement.
Branding & Communication:
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all internal and external content.
- Prepare internal briefs for campaigns and initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Assist in developing partnership materials and promotional collateral when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email platforms, and digital tools like Canva .
- Experience managing creative or digital agencies.
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating across teams.
- Basic graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) – Bonus
- Experience in B2B marketing or the security/technology sector-Bonus
- A keen eye for analytics and data-driven marketing-Bonus
