Overall Responsibility
The Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting our hospital's services, enhancing our brand image, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate should possess a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's services.
- Identify target audiences and market segments for various healthcare services.
- Execute awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Create compelling and informative content for marketing collateral, including brochures, social media, and newsletters.
- Manage and update the hospital's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to promote the hospital's services.
- Organize and participate in community events and health fairs.
- Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase the hospital's online presence.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Gather and analyze patient feedback to make data-driven marketing decisions and improve patient satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
