Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market share, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives
- Coordinate product promotions, launches, and advertising campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance
- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate aged 35 years and above
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
