Our client is a leading institution in Brand Communications, offering industry-focused training in Advertising, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and related disciplines, all enhanced through the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). They are seeking to hire a Marketing Projects Executive who will play a critical role in planning, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation and student enrolment across the institution's programs.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with lead generation and enrolment targets.
  • Develop and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and project schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, WhatsApp, and events.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation, quality control, and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track campaign budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of marketing resources.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and marketing strategy development.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives support organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva and other content creation/design tools.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Canva AI for marketing and productivity.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

Experience needed

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or project management role, preferably in an agency, education, or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
