The Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) is the leading business membership organisation shaping Kenya's real estate sector driving policy reform, industry standards, and market growth.
As we scale membership, partnerships, and industry events, we are building a pipeline of commercial talent to drive revenue and growth.
What This Role Is About
You will be trained and deployed into real sales and marketing work, with a strong focus on:
- Event delegate sales
- Membership growth support
- Client engagement and follow-ups
You will be expected to sell, follow up, close, and deliver results.
What You Will Deliver
- Drive event delegate sales through structured outreach and follow-ups
- Support membership recruitment and renewals
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline (leads → conversion)
- Assist in sponsorship prospecting and proposal follow-ups
- Support event marketing campaigns and client experience
- Contribute to post-event feedback and conversion improvement
Who We Are Looking For
You are:
- Comfortable with targets, numbers, and rejection
- Naturally persuasive and confident in conversations
- Disciplined with follow-ups (you don't disappear after one call)
- Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Bonus if you:
- Have exposure to sales, marketing, or business development
- Understand CRM tools or are willing to learn fast
