About the Role
KEDA Kenya Ceramics is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the promotion, presentation, and execution of Frencia sanitary ware products, including ceramic toilet seats, basins, sinks, and related bathroom solutions. The role focuses on showroom execution, brand standards, supplier coordination, and close collaboration with the sales team to deliver a premium Frencia brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and assess allocated showroom spaces and ensure Frencia sanitary ware layouts and designs are implemented according to approved brand standards.
- Work closely with the Frencia sales team to support customers and partners in understanding Frencia’s exclusive showroom standards and product positioning.
- Coordinate showroom branding and product presentation for ceramic sanitary ware including toilets, basins, sinks, and accessories.
- Communicate with senior management by providing regular updates on project status, challenges, timelines, and recommended solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates for showroom construction, branding, and installations, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
- Source, coordinate, and manage branding, fabrication, and construction suppliers to deliver high-quality showroom execution.
- Oversee repairs, upgrades, and replacement of damaged or outdated showroom elements to maintain a consistent and premium Frencia brand image.
- Ensure all showroom marketing materials align with Frencia’s visual identity and market positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing execution, showroom management, brand activation, or retail marketing.
- Strong understanding of ceramic sanitary ware products or building materials is an added advantage.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, or branding partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage sales teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Good budgeting, planning, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
