JOB DETAILS:
Mechanical Technician
- To inspect the condition of machines daily
- Always stand by to repair machines that develop mechanical problems
- To take on job-training roam training to become familiar with essential Job function and to became up to-date technically.
- To provide information to the supervisor or engineer or to-works by telephone, in written form or in person.
- To perform physical Activities that require considerable uses of your arms, legs & moving your whole body such as climbing, listing & balancing handling, installing, positioning & moving materials & equipment.
- To perform routing activity & maintenance on equipment
- To make services & adjustment of machines using mechanical principles
- To clean of mechanical machines & working area
- To lubricate machines to eliminate any mechanical failure
- To respect his working supervisor, Engineer & managers
- To develop the ability to work in team
- Installing, and maintenance of oil station pumps and oil lines
- Installing and repairing gas lines, furnaces, boilers, and other equipment used in heating systems
- Installing and repairing pipes used in plumbing systems, including water pipes, drainpipes, and sewage pipes
- Installing airline and servicing of compressor machine
- Installing and maintenance of purging system in bag filters
- Testing mechanical equipment, such as compressor, pump, oil station, AC and generators, to ensure that they are working properly
- Maintain oil and water leakages and test run
- Perform and follow lubrication of all machinery
- Responsible for maintenance, transporting and lifting heavy machinery
- Perform another job given by his manager
