Qualifications
- Excellent on-camera presence with a confident and engaging personality.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a clear and captivating voice.
- Ability to articulate interior design, construction, or real estate concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Creative and collaborative mindset, with familiarity in video production processes, including scripting and hosting.
- Familiarity with interior finishes and design trends is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Communication, Media Studies, Real Estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in public speaking, hosting, or presenting on digital platforms or live events.
