Qualifications or requirements
For appointment to this grade, the ideal candidate
Must:
- Be a Kenyan Citizen (National Identity Card/ Passport);
- Have a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) Degree from an institution. recognized by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Denstist Board
- Have a Master's Degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology or equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Denstist Board.
- Have Served as a Medical Specialist I
- Gynaecology for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Be Registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
- Have a valid specialist practicing license.
- Have a certificate of Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks; and
- Have certificate in Computer applications skill from a recognized institution.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
