JOB DETAILS:
For appointment to the position of Member, Sugar Arbitration Tribunal, a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements;
- Relevant Degree Certificate from a recognized university;
- Have expert knowledge in economics, trade, law, agriculture, research and engineering; with at least five years’ experience in arbitration;
- Be a member of a relevant professional body and in good standing; and
- Be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality, in line with Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
- Should not be a Public Servant or take active part in the activities of a Political Party.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
