Mid-Level HR Consultant (Technical Lead) - 2 Positions

Role Objective: To execute the technical analysis of skills gaps and align learning pathways with career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive audit of jobholders in Senior and Middle Management (Job Groups 1-3) to identify capability gaps against the new strategic direction.
- L&D Alignment: Review and align the Group’s annual learning and growth plans to specifically support upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Career Pathway Engineering: Enrich and align staff career progression guidelines to drive long-term motivation and staff retention.
- Manpower Planning: Scale effective manpower planning across the Group’s subsidiaries, and Power, to ensure the right staff are in the right jobs.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or a related technical field.
- Professional Standing: Valid certification with NITA or IHRM Kenya.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in the Manufacturing or Private Sector, specifically handling job evaluation and competency mapping.
- Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Manufacturing (FMCG) and NGO sectors.
