We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Modern Trade Manager to lead our Modern Trade division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring product availability and visibility across key modern trade accounts countrywide.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of modern trade account management and category management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Skilled in managing trade promotions, budgets, and marketing investments.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to deliver results under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel across regions and a valid driving license.
