Responsibilities:

• Valuation/ Inspection of assets by taking clear and accurate photos.
• Document/report information on related assets.
• Assist customers with any valuation issues or concerns.
• Show up to customer locations within 30 minutes of service request.
• Provide clear feedback on issues noticed in the field to improve the system and process.
• Serve as a company ambassador by delivering excellence with good customer service skills.
• Communication to customers about the valuation process and outcome.
• The job requires travel between various customer sites.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Automotive Engineering.
• Have knowledge of assets to be inspected (Vehicles).
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Automotive engineering experience is an added advantage.
• Valid Driving License.
• Must have a smartphone with a camera (minimum 5 megapixels).
• Excellent communicator.
• Proactive and focused on problem-solving.
