JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to work as a Motorbike Rider / Laundry Attendant. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivering and collecting laundry from clients using a company motorbike, and also assist in daily laundry operations when not on delivery runs.
Key Responsibilities:
Motorbike Rider Duties (30%)
- Safely and timely collect and deliver laundry from and to customers.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.
- Ensure parcels are handled with care and properly secured.
- Maintain delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon delivery or collection.
- Keep the motorbike clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
Laundry Attendant Duties (70%)
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and other laundry items.
- Tag and record customer items accurately.
- Monitor machine performance and basic maintenance (e.g., cleaning lint filters).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry workspace.
- Assist customers at the front desk if required.
- Report any damaged or missing items.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Kenyan Rider’s License (Class F/G).
- Minimum 1 year experience in motorbike delivery.
- Basic knowledge or experience in laundry/cleaning services preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.
- Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight laundry
