We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Guide Assistant to support our care team in delivering high‑quality wellness services. This role focuses on assisting clients with comfort, basic care needs, and ensuring a calm, clean, and supportive wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, comfort, and mobility support
• Support Care Guides, nurses, and wellness practitioners during treatments and procedures
• Observe clients’ general wellbeing and report concerns to the supervising Care Guide or nurse
• Prepare and maintain clean, serene treatment and care spaces
• Assist with infection prevention, hygiene, and safety practices
• Uphold client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Contribute to a welcoming, respectful, and healing client experience

Qualification and Experience

• Certificate in Nurse Aide / Healthcare Assistant / Caregiving from a recognized institution
• Three years previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, client care, and safety procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary wellness team
