Personal Care: Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Mobility: Helping patients with transfers between beds and wheelchairs and aiding with walking or movement. Feeding: Serving meals and assisting patients with eating and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met. Vital Signs & Monitoring: Measuring and recording vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate. Environment: Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment and ensuring proper disposal of medical waste. Documentation: Accurately documenting patient care activities, vital signs, and observations. Reporting: Alerting nurses to any changes in a patient's condition, health concerns, or urgent situations. Emotional Support: Providing companionship, listening to patients' concerns, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. Collaboration: Working as part of the healthcare team and assisting nurses and other staff with procedures.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues. Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate medication administration, documentation, and patient monitoring. Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations, make sound decisions, and adapt care plans as needed. Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating medical equipment and utilizing electronic health record systems. Compassion: A compassionate demeanor is essential for providing supportive and comforting care to patients.
