Job Summary

To provide clinical leadership and operational oversight of the Endoscopy Unit by ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care, effective staff management, adherence to clinical standards and procedures, efficient resource utilization, and smooth coordination of endoscopy services.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.

Valid and current nursing license from the relevant regulatory body.

Minimum of five (5) years’ nursing experience, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Experience in an Endoscopy Unit, Theatre, or related procedural area is an added advantage.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is an added advantage

Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
