REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Community Health Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered and licensed with the Nursing Council.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates may apply).
- Good communication skills and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high quality, patient-centered care and support services.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes.
- Educate and support patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
